Hip mobility is a must for golfers of every skill, whether you're a weekend warrior or a seasoned pro. The more mobile our hips are the more consistent we'll be able to strike the ball, the further we'll be able to hit the ball, and more importantly the longevity we'll have in this game.

This video is going to take you through a few hip stretches that progress from moderate to deep. Over time you should be able to go deeper and deeper into these stretches but make sure you progress from the first stretch to the last. This will ensure you're opening your hips for deeper mobility and a longer golfing life.
