An Explosive Golf Swing Starts In The Ground

Mark Williamson, the Golf Yogi, is here with some thoughts on how to Hit Longer Drives.

Freddy Couples has an excellent smooth, languid swing, but his nickname is not 'Smooth' or 'Languid.' It's Boom Boom, and it's Boom Boom because he drives the ball a mile with explosive power released at impact.

An explosive golf swing starts in the ground, works its way up through the feet, and is released at impact. These drills/exercises will teach us to engage and drive our body and get that explosion up from the ground.

This will enable us to hit the ball much harder, which will, in turn, allow us to drive the ball that much farther.

Golfers in their 60s and 70s are turning back the clock on their game and seeing incredible results. Harvey S. went from shooting in the low 90s to breaking 80 twice after the program, now making multiple birdies per round. “I have more confidence and enjoyment in the game than ever,” he says.
